3. Fees and Payment
- All service fees are clearly stated before engagement
- Fees are for consultation and assistance services only
- Government visa fees are separate and additional
- Payments are non-refundable once services have commenced
4. Client Responsibilities

- Submit required documents in a timely manner
- Cooperate with our team throughout the process
- Inform us of any changes in your circumstances
5. Limitations of Service
We cannot guarantee visa approval as decisions are made by government authorities. Our role is to provide professional guidance, document preparation, and application assistance to maximize your chances of success.

7. Refund Policy
- Full refund if services haven't commenced
- Partial refund based on work completed
- No refund after application submission
- No refund for visa denials by authorities
